Abstract: The last individuals of the Hainan black crested gibbon survive
in the Bawangling National Nature Reserve (BNNR). A collaborative conservation project
by the Kadoorie Farm & Botanic Garden (Hong Kong) and the Gibbon Conservation
Alliance (Switzerland) aims at saving the most critically endangered of all apes.
